His experience led him to leadership of a nearly 700-employee installation firm before he joined PAD as CEO and managing partner. Ryan believes that the first job of every leader is to grow more leaders, so unlocking the astonishing capability of the experts at PAD is his daily goal.

As a pianist and composer Phil brings a musician's perspective to each audio, video, and acoustic design challenge. With over twenty-five years of experience in AV design Phil solves design challenges creatively, connecting with clients needs from both a personal and professional perspective. After years of designing systems of every variety, Phil has been named the Principal of Design and Engineering at TALASKE, where he provides guidance and coordination for all consulting projects.

As a leader in the AV and Acoustics industry, Kim has established a reputation across the field for creatively managing complex projects and design solutions. Kim has fostered the collaborative spirit our team is known for today.

Scott founded Professional Audio Designs (the parent company of TALASKE) in 1985, with a mission to create spaces that provide exceptional experiences in AV and Acoustics. Quickly after founding the company, Scott's passion for excellence in audio helped him to build relationships with some of the largest performing arts organizations in Southeastern Wisconsin. As Scott continued to grow the company he designed, installed, and maintained a wide variety of audio and video systems throughout the United States.

Following his studies in Electrical Engineering, Evan transitioned into studing audio with an emphasis on built environments. Evan specializes in complex projects that feature a wide variety of system types and design challenges. Utilizing his attention to detail and technical background, Evan tailors his solutions to the users needs while continuously coordinating and evaluating his designs in the context of the architectural and MEP systems around them.

Logan is a dedicated acoustician with over ten years of experience in acoustic and audiovisual design. He excels in blending precision with artistry; his work elevates every project from captivating performance venues to innovative educational spaces. As an avid communicator with expertise in acoustic modeling and a flair for architectural design, he has a genuine passion for creating exceptional auditory environments. His technical skills and industry knowledge make him agile to any project’s needs.
Logan Pippitt

Senior Audiovisual & Acoustical Consultant
Michael specializes in audiovisual and acoustic system design in the performing arts realm, where his experience ranges from early work in the field as a stagehand to freelance engineering roles in a variety of audio environments. Following his passion for live sound, Michael studied Architectural Acoustics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with a focus on the ways in which immersive virtual environments impact experience. In addition to his work in system design, Michael is an Adjunct Professor at the Purchase College.

Robb's background in AV integration services provides him with a strong skillset for identifying and planning for design challenges that may otherwise arise in the field. Robb specializes in projects where onsite coordination is essential and has worked on many projects where existing conditions and historic preservation are major components of project success. Throughout his time working with the design team Robb has built lasting relationships with TALASKE's clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

AV Systems Designer
Ryan has over a decade of experience in audiovisual engineering, with an emphasis on recording and production environments. As a Systems Designer, Ryan utilizes his wide variety of technical proficiencies throughout his projects; leaning into his experience as a systems operator, programmer, content designer, and technical draftsman. Ryan attended Full Sail University in his home state of Florida. Following Graduation he has played a number of roles in the industry including work as a Media Assistant, Technology Specialist and Sales Engineer.

Acoustical Designer
With a strong foundation in both physics and music, Evy offers a unique and informed perspective to each project. While earning her degree at Ball State University, she conducted research on classroom reverberation times and their impact on both students and teachers. As a musician, recording engineer, and engaged listener, she understands what good sound should feel like—and how to achieve it. Her goal is to help create spaces that are not only acoustically beautiful and efficient but also resonate with both clients and end users.
