TALASKE | SOUND THINKING™
CONSULTANTS
Jason Pittman | Technical Specialist
"Goal-oriented" is an understatement for Evelyn. Personally and professionally, she likes to see results. Demonstrable, impressive results.

Scholastically, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa while studying at one of the top-ranked musicology schools. Musically, she directed her college choir; performed to acclaim in musical theater, light opera and choral ensembles; and placed as a finalist in regional vocal competitions. As a performer, she learned that musicians depend on the sound characteristics of a stage and concert hall to deliver their best performances.

At Rensselaer Evelyn focused upon the study of acoustics — specifically the integration of theoretical and practical aspects of acoustics within the building environment. Since joining TALASKE in 2004, she has applied this knowledge to help the firm create optimal sound environments in a variety of building types. Representative project experience includes the Guthrie Theater, Joffrey Dance Facilities, the Glasner residence and Howell Public Schools.
