TALASKE | SOUND THINKING™
CONSULTANTS
Aaron Downey | Audio Consultant
Aaron Downey understands the day-to-day needs of performers and audio technicians. He gets it because he's been there — on stage as a pianist in two world tours, and behind the mixing booth as sound engineer in countless live productions. With a life-long passion for audio, Aaron knows that planning the intricate details of audio systems with precision spells the difference between headaches and success.

Aaron designs performance audio systems that work. He chose to study computer science, correctly predicting the convergence of networked computing with audio technology. Since joining TALASKE in 1998, he continues to monitor future trends in technology to provide informed service to clients in varied fields. Whether working with repertory theatres that are reconfigured for each show; historic theatres outfitted for touring groups; churches hosting contemporary worship services; historic churches updating traditional services; or schools equipping auditoria with permanent audio systems, he develops cost-effective solutions tailored to specific goals. Aaron has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor — one who helps clients plan audio systems for current and future needs, no matter how complex.
